Many of our products are either hand made or printed from hand made designs. Such designs are artistic and artisanal nature and subtle variations in color, texture are a testament to the handmade nature of these items. These are not considered defects and add to the natural beauty of our products.
Product photos and in-use photos that we have on our website, ads and community channels may be edited and are there to help give a general idea of what the product and design will look like in-use. Colors ultimately may vary due to lighting, editing, fabric and other factors.
All sales are final at time of purchase. Our product prices and quality represent amazing value for money and, especially if taking advantage of free shipping offers, a significant investment is made by us in shipping products to you so we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Damaged / Faulty Items
It’s always recommended to inspect your product upon delivery to ensure everything is in good condition. If you notice any damaged or missing items, or if your package appears to have been mishandled, please report it to us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that if you sign for a package that appears to be in good condition but later discover damage, or if you report issues to us related to shipping after 3 days then we may not be able to file a claim. For any issues with damaged or defective products, please provide us with images of the product and packaging, and our customer service team will be happy to review them.
